How very Enid Blyton - we're on batch "secret 7"!

Yes, this comm has been very quiet... I have, and so have you chaps!

#7

So... here's them secrets....

Incidentally... as you may or may not know, I run the prettypettythieves.com website, and I thought it might be nice to pick some secrets from here and put them on the site in the Fans section. Obviously there's a small problem with that in that all the submissions are anonymous. Could you let me know which secrets you think would be good to have on the site? I will make a post of the secrets you choose, and if any of you object to the use of one, but don't want your identity revealed, I'll set the comments to secret so you can let me know. Alternatively, if you're not too fussed about your identity, you can email me. Ta!

I can't read the first one, but from what I can read it seems creepy, but it may be because I can't read a lot of the words on there!

The 2nd one is pretty true ;_; (says nothing to me about my life ;_;)

I think it's a good idea to put them on the website, btw... If people wanted these things to stay completely anonymous and for no one to ever read them, then they probably wouldn't've put them on LJ! There's no real difference between them being on LJ and them being on your site, really!

Also, I'm so sorry I didn't write the article I said I would ;_; I really bit off more than I could chew there! I guess since I'd never written or defended a thesis, I thought it would be really easy... and then I moved and had to get settled in, and now I'm going back to Engerland to see Moz again so I'm just like... not really knowing when I could write it for the site ;_; BUT I DO WANT TO! Maybe I'll actually try to write a bit this weekend!

I'm glad you think it'd work having them on ppt.com... Hmmm... we shall see! ;)

Hey, don't worry about it - I thought you'd be busy with your diss, so no problem at all. Whenever it's ready, it'll be fine. ;)

Yep, I'm having a little trouble deciphering #1, as well...but from what I can make out, it reminds me how constantly amazed I am by Moz's ability to speak so directly to so many people. Especially when we feel that no one else does so.

And #2 makes me sad..not that I don't understand why people feel this way, because I do get it. It's just regrettable. It hasn't happened to me, for which I'm grateful--I have a suspicion that his love for Rome has helped, as it actually makes me feel that much closer to him. I've long had a theory that those of us who really fall completely head-over-heels for Rome share a certain temperament, or longing...or SOMETHING, and so I find it a wonderful bit of serendipity that Moz and I share that love.

And yes, I too would like to see the secrets on ppt--seems only natural!

That's really sweet! I've never been to Rome, but whenever I see it on tv, or read about, I'm desperate to go. I've wanted to go there for years!

Cool! I'm glad no one's said "WTF??? NO WAYYYY!" to my idea. ;)

Oh, you really, really, should come to Rome. You can crash on our couch. No, seriously. We're a 5-minute walk from St. Peter's. And a mere two subway stops from Piazza del Popolo and a certain someone's hotel...!

Oh, I'm so creepy. I know. But I swear, I've only walked past the place. SO FAR.
